Brethos does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All processing happens entirely on your device.
Brethos uses the device microphone solely to detect breathing patterns during the breathing exercise. Audio is processed in real-time on your device and is never recorded, stored, or transmitted. No audio data leaves your device at any time.
Brethos may use Apple's Screen Time API (FamilyControls) to temporarily shield selected apps until a breathing exercise is completed. The list of apps you choose to shield is stored locally on your device and is never shared with us or any third party. Brethos does not monitor, log, or transmit your app usage data.
The app may store your preferences (such as which apps to shield) locally on your device. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party.
Brethos does not use any analytics, tracking, or advertising frameworks.
The app does not integrate with any third-party services.
While Brethos can be used as a supplementary tool for breathing exercises and finger sensitivity rehabilitation, it does not collect, store, or share any health-related data. It is not a medical device and does not access Apple HealthKit or any health frameworks.
Brethos does not collect any data from any user, including children under 13.
